Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped. Some orders may ship in multiple packages.
United States Orders
Standard Shipping (10–20 business days) — FREE
Priority Shipping (7–12 business days) — $15.00
Most orders under $800 enter the U.S. duty-free with no extra fees. Orders above this value may incur duties/taxes payable by the customer.
Canada Orders
Standard Shipping (12–22 business days) — FREE
Priority Shipping (8–15 business days) — $15.00
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs clearance may also affect delivery times.
International Orders
Standard Shipping (15–30 business days) — FREE
Priority Shipping (10–20 business days) — $14.95
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary due to customs and local carriers.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
If you need to change the shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused deliveries, or unclaimed parcels may be returned or discarded by carriers; reshipping fees may apply.
Order Tracking
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch. Carriers can experience scan delays that don’t affect actual transit.
Delays
Estimated delivery windows do not include processing time and can be affected by customs inspections, peak seasons, weather events, or carrier disruptions.
